Les archives de trames canadiennes françaises anciennes fin 1940 présentées par Cédric Dind-Lavoie (https://cornedebrume.bandcamp.com/album/archives-c-dric-dind-lavoie) m'ont mis l'eau à la bouche pour ouïr du bon trad queb de l'ici et maintenant. Genticorum nous présentent un album 2023 décoré de turlutes, de podorythmies, de chants en coeur et d'harmonies acoustiques. Et comme toujours il est d'une écoute entraînante désarmante de ravissements, de bonheurs et de trouvailles agréables.

One of my favourite bands from Quebec come to BandCamp with their new album. [No waiting, expensive shipping, or having to find vendor to ship to (and accept payment from) UK, though still nothing in my grubby mitt.] You have my sympathies if this doesn't move you. {Their standing ovation - seated venue (?) - for their "Friday Night Fever" at Celtic Connections 2014 was well-deserved and afterwards proferred monies vastly exceeded available merch.}
